Oklahoma City and Tulsa customers will be seeing the HSI service team arrive on location in new service vehicles this month.

Since Chris Birdsong has taken over the Hydronic Systems Service team as service manager, business has been booming.  With the service team spending more time on the road and on location, it is important to have vehicles that can carry more supplies to the jobsites.  “We want our service team to have what they need when they arrive on location.  This will ensure that the job at hand will not be delayed because our vehicle couldn’t carry the necessary supplies” said Birdsong.

Of course, larger vehicles were not the only reason to look into purchasing a new fleet.  As vehicles age, maintenance and repair issues arise. Increased maintenance was taking our vehicles out of the field and that was time taken away from customers. The ability to be responsive and efficiently perform the needed service while being respectful of the client’s time is not something HSI Service is willing to negotiate.

The service department was given the authorization to purchase three 2015 Dodge Caravan’s and one 2015 Dodge Ram in September 2014.  Birdsong and Mark Boozer, president of Hydronic Systems, Inc., discussed the many options available and found that Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram had exactly what the team needed.

“Matthew Clark was the perfect salesman to help us get everything we wanted at a price we were comfortable spending” said Boozer. “Matthew was able to help us customize the vehicle to its full potential”  he added.  All the vehicles have been upfitted with the Ranger HVAC Service Bin package.

Hydronic Systems took delivery of the new fleet in early November and the vehicles are already on the road and ready to serve Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
