Hydronic Systems is dedicated to providing quality, timely maintenance and service to customers by building strong partnerships that thrive long after the sale and installation of the HVAC equipment the company represents. To strengthen that commitment, Chris Birdsong recently was promoted to the position of Service Manager. He is now responsible for overseeing and assisting with all orders for parts and scheduling and performing preventative maintenance and service repairs.

“We are very pleased that Chris has agreed to accept the position of service manager. Most would agree that he has an uncanny ability to put clients at ease because they know he truly cares about their project. Chris stays on the job until he knows everything is done just as it should be. You couldn’t ask for a better technician,” said Mark Boozer, president of Hydronic Systems.

Chris brings a great deal of expertise to his position at Hydronic Systems. He is one of only 12 active certified AERCO Master Technicians in the country, an Authorized Danfoss Service and Repair Technician and factory trained on Camus boilers. Prior to joining the Hydronic Systems team in 2008, Chris worked in various service technician positions. He has about 20 years of experience in the industry with 18 being in the service industry. In his new role, Chris looks forward to expanding the company’s service department by adding more technicians in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. “I’d like to expand on our service offerings as well. Right now we do a lot of work on boilers, variable speed drives and pumps. I’d like to expand our work load so we are less specialized and working on equipment such as chillers,” says Chris.
